·Experience and knowledge in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries (5 years ideally); business theory, processes and process improvement methodologies, budgeting.
·Knowledge and Experience in CRM/Digitalization, Data & Analytics, CS and/or Omni Channel

·Good understanding of agile methodology & product management methodology
·Solid understanding of core technical platforms and product lifecycle maintenance.
·Experience with working across multiple levels of business and IT partners.
· Knowledge of technology trends and to apply this knowledge to existing business processes. · Strong personal dedication to continuous business improvement, and effectively collaborating and leading our business partners.
